16. No person may, in a muskrat habitat, carry on boring activities, unless the habitat is covered by ice not less than 35 cm thick.
No person may, in a fish habitat, carry on boring activities, unless the person recovers the sediments, sludge and cuttings and deposits them more than 30 m from the boundaries of the habitat.

16. No person may, in a muskrat habitat, bore or drill a well for the purposes of exploring for natural gas or petroleum, unless the habitat is covered by ice not less than 35 cm thick.
No person may, in a fish habitat, bore or drill a well for the purposes of exploring for natural gas or petroleum, unless the person recovers the sediments, sludge and cuttings and deposits them more than 30 m from the boundaries of the habitat.
